Welcome to PSC's "Parent Portal" Registration System
Preferred School Care uses Arux (Parent Portal) for easy-to-navigate online registration and payments. This Parent Portal will enable you to complete your online registration for your school’s ASP enrollment. You will be able to complete 'parent-funded' enrichment registrations, check your account balances, make payments, print your receipts and tax statements.
Please note, if you are new to our online parent portal registration system you will need to set up a new account to register or make payments to your account. To best serve your family, you must complete a profile for every adult and child in your household that will be associated with our programs. This will ensure you will receive accurate program information for your whole family. Thank you for making sure your information is accurate and complete.
*** NEW IMPORTANT NOTICE***
Parents, We are changing our payment procedures. Starting June 1, 2026, a 3.29% processing fee + $0.39 transaction fee will be added to all payments made with a credit card to offset processing costs imposed by card networks. Debit card and ACH payments are still FREE.
New Pre-k Students -IMPORTANT TIP: When creating a new child profile in the registration system prior to enrolling, select the blank field above "K" for the upcoming grade level. This will default to Pre-k grade further in registration process. Thank you.
When you register today, your application will remain "pending" until a PSC site director approves it. When application is approved, your $30 registration fee will be charged. (non refundable) You will not be billed for the actual weekly program until our ASP program begins.
*Please Note: Plan on at least 15 minutes to complete the registration. Once started, the information is not saved until completed.

XANADU Program:
What is Xanadu? Xanadu is a summer enrichment program for gifted and high achieving students offered by the Office of Gifted and Talented Education in Atlanta Public Schools.
Preferred School Care (PSC) @ Hollis Innovation Academy will offer a quality after school program with games, music, art activities and just plain ole' creative play. Our program will be FUNtastic!
NO REGISTRATION FEE & $70 WEEKLY FEE. Please note that 2 or more days is considered a full week. $70 /week.
NO DROP-IN DAYS FOR THE SUMMER ASP PROGRAM
Registration for the upcoming 26-27 school year starts June 1st. Space is Limited.
