Providing quality and affordable before/after school care services for the children of working parents. 

Registration Fee – Parents must register and submit an online application for our before school program (when available) and after-school program. Parents are required to add a credit card or form of payment at time of registration. The registration fee will be collected when the submitted online application is approved. Registration fees are non-refundable and apply to all participants.

Parents, We are changing our payment procedures. Starting June 1, 2026, a 3.29% processing fee + $0.39 transaction fee will be added to all payments made with a credit card to offset processing costs imposed by card networks. Debit card and ACH payments are still FREE.

Parent Weekly Fees – Weekly rates are provided during the registration process when a specific school location is selected. PSC may offer a before school program (when needed) and after school program at certain locations. When Atlanta Public Schools are closed for Fall, Spring and Winter breaks, PSC before/after school programs are closed. No other program rates are available.                   

CAPS certificates are accepted. Please note: Whether your child attends every day or not, you are required to pay for the entire week. 

Payment Due - Our after school program is a PREPAID program. Once parents are registered for our after school program using our Parent Portal (ARUX), PSC generates an invoice every Monday and collect payments via autopay drafts, credit cards every Wednesday. A late fee of $10 may be charged to your account if payment is not collected by Wednesday close of business.

Program Days – If you attend our before/after school program for 2 or more days, you are required to pay the entire weekly fee. Program is only open when the Atlanta Public school location is open. PSC is closed during Spring, Winter and Holiday breaks.

LATE PICK UP - Child pick-up time is promptly @ 6:00p.m. Late fees are $1.00 per minute after 6:00 p.m.. The late fee policy will be strictly enforced for all parents. Continued late pick ups may result in dismissal from the program.
